Repeat steps 39 through 41 to verify correct expendable sequence IAW MDF for each operating mode; (MAN 1   through 4) SEMI, AUTO and the aft station dispense switches (manual mode 6). 57.  Set DCDU MODE switch (7) to OFF, then MAN; O1:20    O2:20    CH:_ _    FL:20  is displayed on DCDU; press RESET TEST switch (21) on CDTs (16). 00 is displayed on CDTs. If DCDU does not display full simulated payload module   quantities, check DCDU for BIT failure messages.  If no BIT failure messages are displayed, verify that CDTs are   installed correctly and powered up. 58.  Press and release four hand-held crew dispense Expendable count on DCDU counts down by XX; switches (40 and 41) located in cabin at STA 200 and CDTs count up by XX. 400 left and right; observe DCDU and CDTs expendable counts after each switch is pressed. If DCDU does not indicate correct  dispense count, isolate   faulty LRU; if CDT does not indicate correct count, go to Task 16-5.11. 59 Repeat steps 39 through 41 to verify correct expendable sequence IAW MDF for each operating mode; (MAN 1   through 4) SEMI, AUTO and the aft station dispense switches (manual mode 6). . 60.  Set DCDU MODE switch (7) to OFF, then SEMI; O1:20    O2:20    CH:_ _    FL:20  is displayed on DCDU; press RESET TEST switch (21) on CDTs (16). 00 is displayed on CDTs. If DCDU does not display full simulated payload module   quantities, check DCDU for BIT failure messages.  If no BIT failure messages are displayed, verify that CDTs are   installed correctly and powered up. 61.  Ensure AN/ALQ-156 POWER switch (10) is on STBY light (9) on ALQ-156 control panel is illuminated. and in standby mode 62.  Raise AN/ALQ-156 TEST FLARE switch guard Expendable count on DCDU counts down by XX; and move switch (42) forward (on) and release. CDT LCD flare counts up by XX. If DCDU or CDT does not indicate correct expendable   dispense count, isolate faulty LRU and replace per   TM 55-1520-240-23-10. 63. Repeat steps 39 through 41 to verify correct expendable sequence IAW MDF for each operating mode; (MAN 1   through 4) SEMI, AUTO and the aft station dispense switches (manual mode 6). 64.  Move AN/ALQ-156 TEST FLARE switch guard (42)   to closed position. TASK RESULT 65.  Set DCDU MODE switch to (7) OFF, then AUTO; O1:20    O2:20    CH:_ _    FL:20  is displayed on DCDU; press RESET TEST switch (21) on CDTs (16). 00 is displayed on CDTs. If DCDU does not display full simulated payload module   quantities, check DCDU for BIT failure messages.  If no BIT failure messages are displayed, verify that CDTs are   installed correctly and powered up. 66.  Raise AN/ALQ-156 TEST FLARE switch guard Expendable count on DCDU counts down by XX; and move switch (42) forward (on) and release. CDTs count up by XX. If DCDU or CDT does not indicate correct expendable   dispense count, isolate faulty LRU and replace per   TM 55-1520-240-23-10. 67. Repeat steps 39 through 41 to verify correct expendable sequence IAW MDF for each operating mode; (MAN 1   through 4) SEMI, AUTO and the aft station dispense switches (manual mode 6). 68.  Move AN/ALQ-156 TEST FLARE switch guard (42) to closed position. 69.  Set DCDU MODE switch (7) to OFF, then MAN; O1:20    O2:20    CH:_ _    FL:20  is displayed on DCDU. press RESET TEST switch (21) on CDTs (16). 00 is displayed on CDTs. If DCDU does not display full simulated payload module   quantities, check DCDU for BIT failure messages.  If no BIT failure messages are displayed, verify that CDTs are   installed correctly and powered up. 70.  Set AN/ALQ-156 power switch (10) to OFF. 71.  Pull out AN/ALE-47 SQUIB PWR NO. #1 SEQ (14) and NO. #2 SEQ (13) circuit breakers located on EAPS 1 PDP (11). 72.  Set LDG GR SW BYPASS switch (28) LDG GR SW   BYPASS light on LDG GR SW BYPASS STATUS panel BYPASS panel (27) to NORMAL. (27) goes out. 73.  Install safety pin (30) in AN/ALE-47 safety switch (31).   74.  Raise DCDU JETTISON switch guard (8) and move   DCDU expendable count remains the same; switch to on (forward). CDT count stays at 00. 75.  Lower DCDU JETTISON switch guard (8). 76.  Close AN/ALE-47 SQUIB PWR NO. #1 SEQ (14) and NO. #2 SEQ (13) circuit breakers on EAPS 1 PDP (11). GO TO NEXT PAGE
