Cable cutter contains an electro explosive
device (EED). Do not measure cutter resis-
tance at plug pin A. Multimeter may fire
EED resulting in personnel injury.
Wear gloves when handling wire rope
(cable). Otherwise injury to hands can
result.
NOTE
Have helper keep tension on wire rope (cable)
Equipment Condition:
when reeling cable. Cable will reel evenly
