If load beam (2) is open, close it. If it does not stayclosed check rigging of tandem hook release rig-ging. Adjust as required (TM 55-1520-240-23). Ifrigging is okay and load beam is still open, replacecargo hook. If control assembly (3) is damaged, re-place it. If keeper (4) is damaged, replace it. If wireharness (5) is damaged replace it. If window (6) is2.Repeat step (1) for aft cargo hook (7).damaged, replace it.3.Check center cargo hook (8).If hook (9) is open, close it.
