Then go to step58.Withoutpull tandem hook release lev-er (28) aft then to vertical position.Push lever (28) forward to stowed posi-tion.When manual release has beenpulled, do not press any CARGOHOOK RELEASE switch or EMERGswitch. Damage to cargo hookcan occur.Withsuspend a weight of 20-25pounds from the forward and aft cargohooks (23). Suspend a weight of 45 to 50pounds from the center cargo hook (16).Pull the triple hook manual release leveraft then back to the vertical position.Push lever (28.1) forward to stowed posi-tion.MID HOOK OPEN capsule (12) and both master cau-tion lights (24) shall go out.Center cargo hook shall not open. If it does, manual-ly relatch center cargo hook (TM 55-1520-240-23),and repeat step 55. If hook opens again, replacecenter cargo hook.Center cargo hook shall not open. If it does, checkrigging of manual release mechanism (TM 55-1520-240-23). Repeat step 56.Forward and aft cargo hooks shall open and latchclosed. FWD HOOK OPEN and AFT HOOK OPENcapsules (11 and 13) and master caution lights (24)shall come on. If either or both hooks do not open,go to task 16-1.29.The forward, center, and aft cargo hooks shall openand drop loads. The forward and aft hook shall latchclosed. FWD HOOK OPEN, MID HOOK OPEN, andAFT HOOK OPEN capsules (11, 12, and 13) andMASTER CAUTION lights (24) shall come on.
